Beginning of C&B - ParkerRandall

Caiafa & Bouzada - ParkerRandall emerged as a new and innovative firm in terms of quality in the provision of accounting and tax consultancy and audit services. Our aim is to render our services based on the experience gained in top-level consultancy firms and on the academic development achieved by our partners and team. We provide high-quality services with the active involvement of our team in the creation of solutions for your company.

In our firm, hierarchic positions are structured depending on merit, training and efforts of our team. Firm partners and team have developed their professional careers in top-level consultancy firms, took Master’s degrees and postgraduate courses abroad and permanently develop their professions attending university lectures. With this we secure that professionals assisting you are duly trained to comply with their duties.

After having successfully developed practical training in several consultancy firms, the firm partners have decided to organize their own professional space with the aim of providing an excellent and customized service.

Firm partners are:

Marcelo Caiafa

Certified Public Accountant, University of the Republic, 1990. Master in International Business, Universidad Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, 2003; Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, Montevideo, 2002; Diploma in Digital International Business, Universidad Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, 2003. He has developed his professional career in PricewaterhouseCoopers and currently he is partner of Caiafa & Bouzada. He is a professor of Accounting Theory in Universidad de Montevideo and a member of the Uruguayan Association of Accountants, Economists and Administrators.

Mr. Caiafa has taken part of audits for several national and foreign companies, such as: ANTEL, ANCEL, Citibank N.A., Banco Santander, S.A., Cervecería y Maltería Paysandú, S.A. (Norteña), Casarone Agroindustrial, S.A., Banco Surinvest, S.A., Banco Europeo para América Latina (BEAL), First Overseas Bank Limited, Micromecánica S.R.L.

Alejandro Bouzada

Systems Analyst, Universidad ORT. He has developed his professional career in PricewaterhouseCoopers and Banco Comercial. He is currently partner of Caiafa & Bouzada. He has headed systems audits in large corporations and carried out tailor-made system management for several companies.

He has developed Management Information Systems (MIS). Mr. Alejandro Bouzada has taken part of audits for several national and foreign companies, such as: ANTEL, ANCEL, Cervecería y Maltería Paysandú, S.A. (Norteña), Casarone Agroindustrial, S.A., Banco Comercial, Multicontainer.

Carlos Aliseris

He has developed his professional career in national first-class firms as well as in foreign companies with offices in our country. He has vast experience in tax and accounting affairs and assists several businesses.

Federico Delgado

He obtained the Analista Universitario en Contabilidad degree and is an advanced student in the career of Public Accountant - University of the Republic. He has been trained in the audit area in top-level national consultancy firms and is specialized in said field.

Laura Di Carlo

Psychologist, University of the Republic. She has held important positions in the area of human resources and continual education in top-level consultancy firms and foreign companies. She gives professional advice to our firm as regards training courses for our clients, strategic planning and human resources.

Mariana García Irigoyen

Advanced student in the career of Public Accountant, University of the Republic. She has been trained in our firm with emphasis on accounting counseling and everything related to wage-setting.

Gastón Lariau

Advanced student in the career of Public Accountant, Universidad de Montevideo. He has been trained in our firm with emphasis on external and internal audit.

Nelva Mazzone

Doctor of Diplomacy, Law and Social Sciences School, University of the Republic. She has worked at top-level national and foreign companies.

Cecilia Pérez

Advanced student in the career of Public Accountant, University of the Republic. She has been trained in our firm with emphasis on accounting and tax counseling.

Silvana Pias

Degree of Analista Universitaria en Contabilidad and Advanced student in the career of Public Accountant, University of the Republic. She has worked at top-level companies and has been trained in our firm with emphasis on accounting and tax counseling.

Victoria Sampayo

Degree of Analista Universitario en Contabilidad y Administración and Advanced student in the career of Public Accountant, Udelar. She has been trained in international firms with emphasis on accounting processes and audit.

Ezequiel Soba

Advanced student in the career of Business Administration, University of the Republic. He is being trained in our firm in the accountancy and taxes area.
